ROOT GUARD – VAM (Mycorrhize)
Root guard- VAM (Mycorrhize) accumulates phosphate through its vesicle and arbusculus and can travel far from the plant roots in search of phosphorus. It penetrates into the plant root cells, producing balloon-like vesicles.
- Management of VAM fungi enhances phosphate uptake and mobilize immobile micronutrient like Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Bi, Mo and Mg besides these, it imparts resistance to plant against drought, soil borne fungal pathogens and nematodes.
