Kerala Naturals Dried Tapioca /Unakka Kappa /vaattu Kappa is a delicious and satisfying snack that showcases the versatility of tapioca. Its crispy texture and unique flavor make it a favorite among many people.

How To Use:  Wash the Dried Tapioca /Unakka Kappa /vaattu Kappa pieces well and soak them overnight in enough water. Break the tapioca into small pieces with your hand. Cook the tapioca pieces in a pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles adding enough water. Drain the water and keep it. Now in a mixer add grated coconut, green chili, garlic, turmeric, and curry leaves. Pulse it 2 times in the mixer. Add this mixture to tapioca with salt and curry leaves. Heat it for a few minutes on low flame. Now Mix well and mash the tapioca and the Unnakka Kappa ( Dried Tapioca) Puzhukku is ready. Serve it with ideal side dishes like pickle, chili chutney, Fish curry, or Meat Curry.
